About Telford Tanks

Since the company’s inception back in 1982 with just four people in its employ, Telford Tanks has gone from strength to strength. After it began trading in the early 80s, the company rapidly grew and moved from its premises in Warwickshire to a larger base in Peartree Lane in Dudley. It was in the year 2000 that saw Telford Tanks purchased by John Moore, who remains a director to this day.

As part of the continued development and vision, Telford Tanks was acquired by Ideal Tanks in 2013, giving us the ability to broaden our services. Since this takeover we have been able to offer new services such as fuel dispensing equipment with service and repair on a national scale.

Now at our new premises in Brierley Hill since 2016, our production area has increased to over 10,000 square feet, upon which we employ 10 expert welders/fabricators as well as a fantastic team of support staff.

Despite the company’s ever increasing size and scale, we have kept our fundamental principle the same. We believe whole heartedly in providing a bespoke service to each and every customer, regardless of the size of the job or whether they are domestic or commercial.

We are happy to discuss our customer’s needs either via phone or provide a free site visit to then produce a sketch or CAD drawing for their approval. No work will be undertaken before a customer signs off on a project, meaning you incur no cost until you are 100% satisfied with the design.
